Conversation and property review
We begin by learning how you want to live, what you want to build and what matters most to you. We also discuss your property, priorities, anticipated investment and desired timeline.

Design and 3D visualization
We develop the home around your property, lifestyle and architectural preferences. Three-dimensional visualization allows you to explore room proportions, sightlines, exterior details and the relationship between the home and the land before construction begins.

Scope and budget alignment
Design and cost are considered together. We develop the project scope, evaluate construction requirements and align the evolving design with a realistic budget—before major commitments are made.

Selections and preconstruction
We coordinate material selections, engineering, permitting, trade input and the construction schedule. Important decisions are addressed early so the project can move forward with clearer expectations and fewer surprises.

Construction and communication
GCG manages construction with personal oversight, experienced trade partners and consistent communication. Clients receive clear weekly updates about progress, upcoming decisions, schedule and budget throughout the build.

Quality review and completion
Before the final walkthrough, we carefully review the home and address items that do not meet our standards. We then guide you through the completed home and remain available after move-in.
